Curious how other people organize their sample library.
What type of folders or tags do you use?

I recently started using Maschine and I am about to tag my sample library so interested to hear other people’s tips.

I haven’t done any tagging, although I could in AudioFinder. To organize though, I set up my sample library with a structure that made sense to me:

      00 Bounces
      – Atmospheres & Pads
      – Bass
      – Breaks
      – Drum Hits
      – Field Recordings
      – Fills
      – FX
      – Stabs & Leads
      – Vocals & Dialog

01 My Sampling : this is stuff I’ve sampled off records, CDs, etc.
      – 2013
      * [same list as I have under 00]
      – 2014
      – 2015

      02 Sample Genie
      – 000 – 2013 Preview Packs
      – 001 – Season 1
      * Month #1
      + [ same list as I have under 00]
      – 002 – Season 2
      – 003 – Season 3

      03 Artist Packs
