The submission window is officially open to our annual demo send in / send out!
Hopefully the last couple of months have been productive and you have some weapons that you can submit to us!To outline again: We are looking to take unsigned music from you which will be considered to go into a folder of 25 tracks.
This final folder will be sent out to our contacts in the industry along with a cover letter expressing our endorsement of the work and its worth in getting a listen. This will include, but not limited to labels such as: Critical Music, Dispatch Recordings, Eatbrain, Ram, INVISIBLE, DIVIDID, Flexout & Vandal.
The tracks will then later also be sent to all of the artists we’ve ever worked with on Sample Genie, quite a long list!
We will feed back to you directly should any interest arise from either a label or a DJ, and we will link you up with them directly should that be required. For us to be able to do this it’s vital you include your artist name AND email INSIDE THE TILE OF THE TRACK FILE! Please make sure you do that!
Details & Rules:
1. The submission window opens on Sunday 3rd March and closes on Sunday 24th March ( 3 weeks ).
2. We are taking Drum & Bass / Jungle ONLY.
3. Submissions must be emailed to us sending a PRIVATE Soundcloud link with DOWNLOADS ON!
4. Unsigned music only.
5. Links emailed to [email protected] with 2019 DEMO SEND OUT as the subject of the email.
6. Please send a maximum of your 2 best tracks. 1 Track is fine too.
7. Send only 320kbps Mp3
8. contact details INSIDE THE FILE NAME eg. Artist name_Track title_emailaddress@ email.com.mp3
9. Don’t send anything unfinished, unmixed or otherwise unworthy of being listened to!
10. Be positive… if your submission is strong you are in with a great chance!This could be a key opportunity for you to make contact with a top label and potentially get a release, who knows… so make it count!

SinchroneParticipantAt the risk of sounding like a completely hopeless idiot, I would love a sample pack that has a small track template. Meaning a kick, snare, bass, atmos etc of a finished tune before the mastering stage. I think this would go a lot further for me than just having someone say set your kick level to -10db etc. Would be perfect to have before the window for the track submissions close, so I might at least have a fighting chance to submit something lol. Anyone know of any resources like this that are available?

Full tracks laid out in Ableton, and the user agreement even says you can use all the drums as they are, you just need to make your own sounds.

Also, the December 2018 Lamp Session, Fake included an Ableton Live 10 template, it’s in the Extras folder I think.

Time for me to finally upgrade lol. There are more than a few different things I can only use Live 10 to access. Ive been reall wanting it since QZB released the Operator templates a few months back on here.
