I said probably not, but that I would ask you.
What say ye?

And I have brought many new SG members over from a Joe Ford class we all just took, so there will be more competition this time.
Monark, from NI is also a thumper of a mono synth. I assume we can use physical mono synths as well? Been meaning to dust off my Moog.
Good luck SG Massive!

,shrikeParticipantAnd agree that Disprove’s drum lesson was an instant classic. I think I’ve watched it a dozen times. And gonna watch it again.

,shrikeParticipantProducer fiddling and missing plugins and old tunes aside, I personally don’t mind a track walkthrough every now and again.
I find them very interesting.
But yeah, a sketchy lesson is a sketchy lesson. I see your point.

Genie will probably hook you up.
The sample packs aren’t archived each month, in an effort to make them special. They weren’t created or collected to make a persistent sample pack. They are collected specially for the paying members of SG for that time in which they come out.
Genie is very protective of this, and it makes for a more valuable resource.

By my tally:
Balron = 2 votes
TA = 2 votes

2018-06-26 at 23:11:54 in reply to: Lamp Sessions (Monthly Challenge #001) – submissions due June 20 at 11:59PM UTC #45509,shrikeParticipantMine was just a straight up riff on Warhead. At least until that second half. The arrangement through that first half was just a 1:1 of Krust’s classic hit.
I dunno. I had someone suggest that maybe I do a cover (remix) of older tunes, as an exercise, and I just slipped in for this. Timing, y’know? It wasn’t gonna compete with this lot, though.
Not next time though. Next time I do me. MUST DO BETTER!!!
